Losing weight can be difficult, but it is not impossible. It takes dedication and commitment to a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet and regular exercise. Additionally, it is important to have realistic expectations and be patient with the process. It can take months or even years to reach your desired weight. And here below are 10 simple and painless steps you can use to lose weight without going on a diet.


1-Regular breakfast every morning,
